    SUMMARY

    Method Flow Products, A Roeslein Company, is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team in the energy, mining, industrial power markets, and Integrated bio-energy solutions. This individual must have the desire to perform quality work safely, be detail-oriented, and have superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for making deliveries to customer sites and/or warehouses, assisting with shipping, and receiving, and managing inventory.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • **** Coordinate with sales team and warehouse manager to complete delivery of all pending sales orders to correct location
    • Coordinate with sales team and warehouse manager to complete delivery of all pending purchase orders to correct warehouse.
    • Identify and verify that the correct material is being received from vendors.
    • Obtain and return packing slip with every order.
    • Pick up and stage orders.
    • Complete inventory cycle counts.
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all locations.
    • Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
    • Must follow training and company procedures.
    • Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
    • Must follow good housekeeping practices.
    • Must comply with Roeslein & Method Flow Products core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.
    • Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
    • Safety is essential at Method Flow Products and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.
    • Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
    • Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

    • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and 21 years of age to drive a Company Truck.
    • Must have experience pulling a trailer.
    • High speed and energy, ambitious, and results-oriented; commitment to a culture of performance and excellence is required.
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required.
    • Excellent organization and planning skills.
    • Strong computer skills and an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs are required.
