About the Role
Culligan Water is currently seeking a Route Delivery/Service Professional to join our team. The Delivery professional performs deliveries/and or maintenance along a specific route/region and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, this route owner is expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.
Responsibilities
Drive, deliver salt products and perform repairs to water treatment system on homes in an efficient and timely manner
Conduct routing maintenance/repairs
Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
Facilitate and resolve customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
Consistently uphold and display ownership for the cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment
End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps

Qualifications
Technical background preferred
High school Diploma or equivalent GED
1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
A valid driver’s license
Comfortable driving a large vehicle (non-DOT required)
Comfortable operating forklift for truck loading at start of day
Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
Detail-oriented, highly organized
Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
Clean and professional appearance
Able to regularly lift up to 50-80 pounds consecutively during route stops
Able to push/pull up to 250 pounds consecutively during route stops
