Party Savvy, a prominent event rental company in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, is currently seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery and Warehouse Specialist with Tent Installation responsibilities. You'll play a vital role in loading and unloading party/event rental equipment onto various-sized vehicles, ensuring timely and professional delivery, setup, and breakdown at different venues, generally within a 50 mile radius of our store. You will also assist with installing and removing party tents of all sizes, as well as staging, dance floors, tables, chairs, lighting, heating, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive various-sized vehicles, including cargo vans and 26’ box trucks (non-CDL), to complete deliveries and pickups.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring on-time delivery, setup/installation, breakdown, and pickup while collaborating with our team to handle events seamlessly.
Coordinate closely with our sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate handling of equipment and fulfillment of orders.
Conduct quality control inspections to maintain our high company standards.
Operate moving equipment such as carts, dollies, and pallet jacks as needed.
Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles at different venues, such as our warehouse, client homes, stadiums, and more.
Assist with the setup/installation and removal of tents and other equipment.
Clean, maintain, and prep rental equipment while working in the warehouse.
Assist with cleaning and maintaining rental equipment, warehouse/grounds, and delivery vehicles as needed.
Adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) procedures.

Perform additional duties as required.
Work Conditions:
Be prepared to work indoors and outdoors in various locations and weather conditions.
Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment, with appropriate safety measures in place.
Expect physical demands including bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday – Friday and weekends as needed.
Availability for 2-3 weekends per month is required.
Flexibility required for varying start/end times, ranging from early mornings to late evenings.
Potential for overtime during peak season.
Pay Range: $18 - $21 an hour depending on experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (less than 4 points in the last 3 years). CDL is not required.
Proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal) is required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Maintain professionalism when representing our company at various event venues.
Experience with tow motors and pallet jacks preferred but not required.
Strong basic math skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Capacity to meet the physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting; Regularly and repeatedly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
Willingness to undergo cross-training and work in other departments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must complete a Behavioral Assessment through the Predictive Index
Successful completion of company background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
