RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLETING PAPERWORK AND CLINICAL RECORDS AND MAKE REFERRALS. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

    • Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
    • Experience with addiction and/or emotional health issues treatment environment
    • Strong computer skills/experience with EMR system a plus.
    • PA State Criminal Background, Act 33 and 34 clearances.
    • Valid Driver's License and personal and reliable transportation ADVANTAGES
    • Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral-health.
