The Demand Generation Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, increase engagement, and support revenue goals. This hands-on role requires a strong background in demand generation, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance marketing, CRM systems (HubSpot), and digital marketing strategies to drive pipeline velocity and customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and conversion across multiple channels, including email, paid media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Optimize multi-channel campaigns, leveraging data insights to improve engagement and pipeline performance.
- Lead digital advertising efforts (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, and retargeting) to maximize ROI.
- Create and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs, working closely with sales to drive highly targeted campaigns.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage the marketing pipeline, execute automated workflows, and track campaign performance.
- Own email marketing strategy and automation, ensuring high engagement, nurture sequences, and conversion rates.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics, making recommendations for optimization and reporting insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives and refine lead qualification processes.
- Manage e-commerce marketing efforts with partners such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Amazon (analysis-focused).
- Oversee website optimization efforts, A/B testing, and content updates to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Drive B2B lead generation through LinkedIn, paid search, and inbound content strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of demand generation and performance marketing experience.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) and CRM integration.
- Strong experience in lead nurturing, funnel conversion optimization, and ABM strategies.
- Proven success in paid media management, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong content marketing background, with experience in SEO, email, and digital campaigns.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
Compensation:
$110,000 - $135,000 base salary + performance-based bonus, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and PTO.
