    Key Responsibilities

    Demand Generation Strategy Development

    Create and implement a go-to-market (GTM) strategy with clear messaging.

    Create a demand generation strategy to meet short-term and long-term revenue goals.

    Continuously refine the strategy using data insights to drive demand and business growth.

    Campaign Planning & Execution

    Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns using digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

    Write creative briefs to guide campaign asset development, ensuring brand and product alignment.

    Launch and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.

    Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize campaign performance.

    Improve the website for better conversion, focusing on user experience, page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and form design.

    Define and implement retargeting strategies.

    Lead Generation & Nurturing

    Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads.

    Capture and nurture prospects through the sales funnel to convert them into customers.

    Implement lead scoring systems and collaborate with sales teams to prioritize and follow up on leads.

    Budget Management

    Manage and allocate budgets across demand generation channels.

    Monitor spending and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), adjusting strategies to maximize marketing investments.

    Content Development for Demand Generation

    Work with product marketing to create content that drives lead generation and resonates with the target audience.

    Use content across various channels to engage prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

    Performance Tracking & Optimization

    Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to optimize performance and growth.

    Compile performance reports and analyze metrics such as CPA, CPL, CPI, ROI, LTV, and social media KPIs.

    Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve results.

    Present campaign performance reports to the stakeholder.

    What We're Looking For

    5+ years in digital marketing with a successful track record in customer acquisition strategies.

    Proficient in Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.

    Strong analytical skills and experience with B2B SaaS marketing metrics.

    Proficient in CRM marketing, including email, push, and SMS.

    Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Mixpanel.

    Proven success in direct response marketing.

    Experienced in managing website pages, digital ads, and sales processes.

    Skilled in creating and optimizing marketing funnels.

    Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills.

    This is a remote position.
