We’re seeking a Demolition Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience to oversee and manage multiple job sites. What You’ll Do:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of demolition projects across multiple job sites.
Manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to demolition and environmental safety.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation of progress.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in demolition or related construction roles.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple sites.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with demolition methods, equipment, and environmental regulations.
Safety Focus: Strong understanding of OSHA and other safety standards to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Organization: Excellent multitasking skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with teams and clients.
