You will be a first point of contact for many of our customers. Position provides unlimited income potential!RECEIVE A SALARY (plus commission!) in real estate while serving as an inside service/sales agent! This role involves leadership, management, a great eye for detail, a strong commitment to systems, and a friendly/personable demeanor on the phone. There’s no better way to create great wealth in a vibrant culture!As an Inside Sales Agent you will prospect via telemarketing to acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management database system. for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. The inside service/sales agent (ISA) serves as a hybrid of roles. Responsibilities: • Must possess exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone (we’ll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask) • Must be extremely detail oriented and dedicated to systems • Must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis • Must be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through conversations with potential clients • Must want more for themselves than just a weekly salary • Must have ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies • Must be positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Must be a team player who thrives within a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Must be willing to follow scripts at a very high level, handling objections in order to convert them to leads • Must have the highest level of integrity and respect for others Qualifications: • Active Florida Real Estate Salesperson license • Bilingual a major plus• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills• Passionate about selling and a passion for personal growth Compensation: $30,000 + commissions
