Our dedicated team of professionals is looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our practice and support our mission of making every patient’s experience pleasant and effective.

    Position Overview:
    As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our dental practice. You will assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and other dental operations while providing exceptional care to our patients. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures, ensuring the comfort of the patient.
    - Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
    - Obtain and maintain patient records, including medical history and treatment plans.
    - Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist.
    - Prepare treatment rooms and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
    - Educate patients on oral hygiene, procedures, and post-treatment care.
    - Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to maximize efficiency.
    - Provide administrative support as needed, including billing, insurance claims, and appointment scheduling.
    - Maintain a clean and organized work environment following OSHA and CDC regulations.

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program preferred.
    - Current certification in CPR and, if required, state licensure as a dental assistant.
    - Previous experience in a dental office preferred but not mandatory.
    - Proficient in the use of dental software and technology.
    - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
    - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    - Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
    - Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings or weekends if necessary.
