We have an immediate opening for a dental assistant for our general dentistry office in Ann Arbor. We are seeking a new or experienced assistant for our full schedule (see below).
We are seeking a motivated, coachable, and happy-spirited part time (about 33 hours per week) dental assistant. Our lead DA is leaving our office due to an exciting move opportunity, and we are hoping to find a new team member in May/June 2023.
Experience in the field is appreciated but not mandatory. The most important part of this hire is finding someone who likes to be a team player and avoids office drama. Our team is small: we have one dentist, one hygienist, one front desk, and two assistants. We believe working together as a unit is critical to daily success and happiness. We want to do good dentistry, be nice to people, and enjoy our time together as much as possible.
Our practice is patient-centered with a multicultural patient pool. Spanish is the primary language of many of our patients, but almost all speak English. As such, fluency in Spanish is ideal and preferred, but certainly not required. We have an electronic translator that Dr. Wieczerza uses to speak with his patients (beyond his basic Spanish skill set), and he would provide an additional translation device to you if needed! Our practice thrives on multicultural, diverse relationships that enrich the lives of staff and patients alike!
