Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and create a comfortable, positive environment.
• Assist orthodontists during all procedures, ensuring a seamless workflow.
• Maintain accurate clinical charting and detailed clinical notes.
• Coordinate lab cases and manage patient scheduling to ensure efficiency.
• Acquire accurate digital x-rays, Pano/Ceph images, and impressions.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain an OSHA-compliant workspace.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure productive, successful days.
• Educate patients on the importance of routine dental and orthodontic care.

Qualifications:

• Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel between practices near Naperville/Aurora.
• Computer literacy and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
