Are you looking for a versatile role where you can gain experience in both clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry? Our group dental practice in Fort Lee, NJ is searching for a Dental Assistant / Receptionist to help keep both patient care and front desk operations running smoothly.
Our flexible schedule offers 3-4 workdays per week (part-time or full-time), and if you can bring more availability, even better! Prior experience isn't a requirement, as we'll get you up to speed. This is a perfect role if you're a student or recent graduate interested in a career as a dentist, hygienist, or dental assistant.

Clinical tasks include:
Assist dentist with procedures—passing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort
Set up and break down treatment rooms before and after appointments
Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Manage inventory and restock supplies
Administrative / front desk tasks include:
Scan and organize patient records (both paper and digital)
Verify insurance eligibility, process claims, and follow up on outstanding insurance claims
Help manage patient emails
If you speak Chinese or Japanese, that’s a plus!
