    Chicago Oral Surgery & Implant Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join their team in West Loop Chicago IL. The ideal candidate will assist with patient preparation, sterilization of instruments, taking dental impressions, and providing support during both dentoalveolar and implant surgeries.     Schedule for the Dental Assistant:

    • Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5PM

    • Saturday: 8AM - 1PM

    *Team is to be at the office 30 minutes prior to start time.

    Responsibilities and Requirements of the Dental Assistant:

    • Current BLS (CPR), anesthesia certification, and Illinois dental X-ray certification

    • Prior experience in oral surgery assisting, sterilization, and digital dental radiography preferred

    • Experience with oral surgery procedures, dental implants, and IV anesthesia is a plus

    • Assist in dentoalveolar and implant surgery using general anesthesia and IV sedation

    • Provide patients with pre-op and post-op instructions

    • Take dental x-rays and impressions to provide diagnostic information

    • Ensure proper sterilization of instruments

    • Manage ordering of office equipment and supplies

    • Self-motivated with a strong focus on exceeding patient expectations

    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Energetic, eager to learn, and dedicated to providing outstanding patient care
