Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and caring Dental Assistant to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our patients feel like family. The ideal candidate must have Ortho experience, be proficient in taking X-Rays and be able to make excellent temporaries efficiently and be bilingual (Spanish), Fast learner, hard-working, outgoing, adaptable, & self-motivated. You will provide assistance to the dentist during exams and procedures and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has an associate's degree from a certified school and previous experience as a Dental Assistant/RDA. Responsibilities
. Prepare patients for treatment or checkups ensuring their comfort
· Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials as needed
· Sterilize instruments according to regulations
· Undertake lab tasks as instructed
· Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
· Fabricate temporary crowns and bridges as needed
· Take impressions, pour, and trim models
· Take proper x-rays and intra-oral photographs

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
Strong computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to provide high-quality patient care
