    Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a team member that is passionate about serving our community of patients and enjoys working in a team! Some technical requirements for this position are:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
    • Completion of Dental Assistant program from an accredited program required.
    • Ability to successfully pass a background check in relation to the position applied for.

    Day to Day:

    • Assists dentists in four-handed dentistry procedures.
    • Prepares patients for examination and treatment.
    • Takes patient histories and vitals.
    • Prepares dental operatories with necessary instruments.
    • Provide oral hygiene instruction and education to patients.
    • Attend to patients, providing comfort and behavior management.
    • Prepares and maintains operatories with adequate level of supplies.
    • Assist with patient follow‑up activities, including referrals, recall and other patient needs.
    • Assist other dental services staff with patient flow as needed and/or directed.
    • Maintain proper sanitation standards, both with cleaning and sterilization procedures of patient facilities and instruments.
