Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist patients upon their arrival, guiding them through office procedures smoothly. • Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring the calendar is well managed. • Safeguard patient accounts and records meticulously, maintaining strict confidentiality standards. • Prepare and dispatch patient bills, as well as handle insurance claims submission. • Offer necessary oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions when required. • Manage administrative duties like filing, answering calls, and responding to emails promptly. • Coordinate specialist referrals and keep insurance information up-to-date accurately. • Supervise the reception area to maintain a clean and professional ambiance.
