Seaport Dental Associates is looking for an EXPERIENCED and motivated Dental Front Desk Associate to join our team. As an integral part of the patient experience, you will be responsible for all aspects of administrative duties required in a dental office, including providing outstanding customer service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth flow of the office. Responsibilities: • Greet patients and provide excellent customer service in a professional and welcoming environment • Process patient insurance claims and payments in a timely manner. • Insurance claim submission using a third-party clearinghouse • Patient billing, including sending statements and providing an explanation of patient's balance when requested • Provide patients with written estimates (out-of-pocket cost) for scheduled or recommended treatment • Verify patient information and insurance benefits to ensure accuracy of records • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that all necessary information is available • Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from patients in a prompt and courteous manner Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a dental front desk associate/insurance coordinator, preferably with Eaglesoft, but will train the right candidate. Please do not apply for this position without experience • Insurance credentialing and claims processing experience • Knowledge of dental office protocols and procedures • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills • US Work Authorization Compensation: $24 - $28 per hour
