The Dental Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring the efficient, smooth, and effective management of both patient services and office procedures. This individual will supervise administrative staff, manage patient scheduling, maintain office systems, and ensure that all patient interactions are handled courteously and professionally. The Dental Office Manager will also handle financial transactions, insurance billing, and compliance with all relevant dental regulations. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient and smooth workflows. • Supervise and train administrative and clinical staff to maintain high performance and teamwork. • Manage patient scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and follow-up on unpaid balances. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements. • Handle patient inquiries, and complaints, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit. • Monitor office inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed. • Assist in marketing efforts and build relationships with local businesses to attract new patients. • Other tasks as required. Qualifications: • Experience: Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental office procedures, billing, insurance processes, and patient management. • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and vendors. • Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in dental office software (Swell, Dentrix, patient communications) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA regulations, and other relevant healthcare laws and guidelines. Compensation: $25 hourly
