Responsibilities: • Dental Insurance intake, breakdown of benefits, and claims preparation. • Dental Insurance claim processing, follow-up, appeals, and management. • Processing EOB/payments, over the counter payments, and scheduling future appointments. • Leading the team with a positive attitude and remaining focused for excellent patient care. • Managing office matters of schedule, human resources, celebrations, and team building. • Working on accounts aging. • Telephone traffic, customer help, sending claims • Family friend environment, we all care for each other and help out where needed. Qualifications: • Strong background in providing exceptional customer service in a dental setting. • Proficient in Dentrix, and dexis, and skilled in using email for office communications. • Two years of hands-on experience in a dental office, specifically handling insurance matters. • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. • Willing to cross-train and help where needed. • Able to grow and be a part of a dynamic team. • Dental terminology literate. • Self-starter, and team player. Compensation: $20 hourly
