Your duties will involve appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and assisting with billing inquiries. Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist patients upon their arrival at the dental office in Suffolk, VA. • Efficiently organize and maintain the office calendar by scheduling appointments promptly. • Thoroughly verify dental insurance benefits and accurately process insurance claims to support patients. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly answering phone calls and emails from patients. • Safeguard patient records, ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained at all times. Qualifications: • Must have exceptional skills in providing top-notch customer service to patients. • Proficiency in efficiently handling patient appointment scheduling and billing procedures is required. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities are a must. • Knowledge of dental insurance processes is essential. • Candidates should possess US Work Authorization and have availability for both full-time and part-time positions.
