We're looking for a registered dental hygienist to join our growing team! You’ll complete initial patient screenings, conduct dental cleanings, and assist dentists with examinations and procedures. Responsibilities: • Work with dentists to decide the best form of treatment for a variety of dental disease • Identify dental issues such as periodontitis, gingivitis, or cavities so they can be treated as soon as possible • Create dental impressions of patients’ teeth so veneers, mouthguards, etc. can be made correctly • Prevent tooth decay by providing a thorough dental cleaning and applying protective sealants, such as fluoride • Explain good oral hygiene techniques to patients of all ages, such as thorough brushing and flossing twice daily Qualifications: • Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours at a time • At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene • Current CPR certification • Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills • Associate’s degree and certification in dental hygiene program required, higher levels of education are highly valued Compensation: $60 - $75 hourly
