Perks:Sign-on bonus: $5,000 • Comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance, and additional benefits • 401k retirement savings plan with match and immediate vesting • Competitive paid time off • Paid company holidays • Opportunities for professional growth Responsibilities: • Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment by sterilizing dental instruments effectively • Ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning through taking X-rays and intraoral photos • Efficiently organizing and scheduling patient appointments • Accurately charting and coding dental procedures for record-keeping purposes • Presenting personalized treatment plans to patients in a clear and informative manner • Collaborating closely with the Dentist on treatment recommendations and providing assistance when needed • Educating patients on proper dental hygiene practices and available treatment options • Tailoring specialized hygiene procedures to meet each patient's individual needs • Prioritizing patient safety by strictly complying with infection control protocols • Managing administrative tasks such as answering phones, contacting labs, and patient follow-ups • Maintaining inventory, stocking supplies, and ensuring the upkeep of dental equipment • Documenting and updating Patient Health Information records accurately • Fostering a collaborative team environment to deliver optimal patient care Qualifications: • To qualify as a Dental Hygienist in Denver, CO, a candidate should have completed an Associate’s degree program from an ADA Accredited Dental Hygiene Program • The applicant must possess a valid state licensure to practice • Holding a current CPR/BLS certification is mandatory for this position • Proficiency in utilizing dental patient management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix is a fundamental requirement • Effective patient care demands strong teamwork and communication skills • Demonstrating the ability to efficiently multitask is essential for this role • Attention to detail is a critical quality expected in candidates • Adapting to diverse patient needs and situations is a key aspect of this position Compensation: $60 hourly + bonus
