We're looking for a registered dental hygienist to join our growing team! You’ll complete initial patient screenings, conduct dental cleanings, and assist dentists with examinations and procedures. Responsibilities: • Explain good oral hygiene techniques to patients of all ages, such as thorough brushing and flossing twice daily • Work with dentists to decide the best form of treatment for a variety of dental disease • Talk to patients and make sure they feel comfortable and taken care of before, during, and after the examination • Record any changes to the patient’s health history and document the ongoings of each appointment • Take x-ray images of the patients’ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavities Qualifications: • In-depth knowledge of dental safety regulations and HIPAA regulations • Valid CPR certification • Licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the state • At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene • Associate’s degree and certification in dental hygiene program required, higher levels of education are highly valued Compensation: $55 - $75 per hour
