Benefits include: • Medical Insurance Plan • Free dental services for yourself and your dependents minus lab fees • 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% employer match • 6 paid holidays off • Competitive vacation policy • Competitive 401(k) – up to 4% match • Sick Time • Mentorship • Growth opportunities Responsibilities: • Sterilizing instruments • Take x-rays and intraoral photos • Scheduling patients • Dental charting and coding • Develop and present treatment plans • Collaborate with Dentist on treatment recommendations and assist when necessary • Educate patients on treatment and dental hygiene • Perform hygiene procedures tailored to each patient diagnosis such as prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, and periodontal maintenance • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols • Administrative tasks such as answering phones, calling labs, and patient follow-up calls • Stock supplies and maintain equipment • Accurately document and maintain Patient Health Information • Collaboration with team-members Qualifications: • Graduate from an accredited Hygiene Program and Colorado State Board-Certified • Anesthesia and CPR Certified • Licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the state • 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist Compensation: $45 - $55 hourly DOE
