The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in daily operation by providing support to both patients and providers. This position requires a keen understanding of dental insurance codes and terminology and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.
Essential Functions:
Perform insurance verification, claim and pre-estimate submissions
Assist patients with understanding their coverage options and present various financial options
Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits, ensuring optimal use of the dentist's time.
Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience in dental office.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and multitasking skills
