Qualifications: • Must have at least 1 year of prior experience working as a customer service representative in a professional setting. • Proficiency in dental terminology and procedures is required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. • Must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment. • Key competencies include having U.S. work Authorization and a Flexible Schedule.
