We are seeking a Dental Insurance Manager to join our team at Now Dental in Bellmore, NY. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in managing insurance claims and ensuring a seamless billing process for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Manage and process dental insurance claims

Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients

Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues

Ensure accurate and timely billing for dental services

Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

Prior experience in dental insurance management

Strong knowledge of Dentrix

Knowledge of dental billing codes and procedures

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in insurance billing software
