DESCRIPTION

The Dental Intelligence Onboarding Specialist trains and instructs new and existing Dental Intelligence customers. They are responsible for clearly articulating how a practice can use our many software services to produce meaningful growth in their dental practice.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train new and existing customers.
• Review customer's data to help determine the best areas to focus on.
• Build customized, step-by-step processes to help customer obtain desired outcomes.
• Follow up with clients to ensure early adoption.
• Log all interaction in a clear and concise manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS IN A SAAS ENVIRONMENT.
• STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
• THE ABILITY TO ADAPT TO CHANGING NEEDS AND CIRCUMSTANCES.
• A HIGH LEVEL OF ACCOUNTABILITY TO HIT GOALS AND ENHANCE INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
• A MINDSET OF CARE FOR THE SUCCESS OF THE CUSTOMER.
• A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF PUNCTUALITY
