Responsibilities:
3D Printing: Operate and maintain 3D printers to fabricate dental prosthetics and components with precision and accuracy.
Finishing: Utilize various finishing techniques, including sanding, polishing, and glazing, to ensure a high-quality and aesthetically pleasing finish on dental prosthetics.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet stringent quality standards.
Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest advancements in 3D printing technology and dental laboratory techniques.
Collaboration: Work closely with dental professionals and other team members to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Qualifications:
such as bite rims, custom trays, dentures, partials, set-ups, finishing, relines and repairs
Some knowledge of implants highly preferred.
Must have knowledge of raw materials and production processes used in the dental lab
Digital Workflow experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to multi-task and adapt to a growing, changing environment
Must be a team player, willing to contribute where needed
Computer skills, phone skills and typing skill a huge plus
