    We are currently seeking a Technical Lab Manager to join our team.The Technical Lab Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the fabrication of dental restorations, ensuring the highest quality standards, and leading our team of dental lab technicians.     Responsibilities & Requirements of the Technical Lab Manager:

    • 20+ years of experience required

    • Significant experience in fabricating dentures from start to finish

    • Same-day denture experience

    • Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with doctors regarding technical aspects of cases

    • Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and manage junior technicians

    • Willingness to participate in sales efforts to help grow the business

    • Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols

    • Fabricate dental restorations according to dentist specifications and patient needs

    • Use knowledge of dental materials, tools, and techniques to create high-quality and functional dental prosthetics

    • Ensure all work meets industry standards and is completed within required timeframes

    • Collaborate with dentists and other members of the dental team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of restorations

    • Maintain inventory of supplies and materials needed for the fabrication of dental prosthetics

    • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the fabrication process

    • Train and mentor junior dental laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support

    • Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe work environment

    • Keep detailed records of all work completed, including patient information, materials used, and adjustments made

    • Stay informed about new techniques, materials, and equipment in dental laboratory technology

    • Provide exceptional customer service to dentists and patients, addressing concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

    • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations related to dental laboratory technology

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and productivity

    • Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay current with company initiatives and best practices

    • Act as a role model for other dental laboratory technicians, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to quality

    • Handle full denture fabrication from start to finish, including same-day dentures

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
