Position Details:

• Location: Herriman, UT
• Schedule: Part-time to start, with potential for full-time as the practice grows * Monday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM * Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM * Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Office Coordination:
  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly demeanor
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
  • Handle billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions
  • Maintain effective communication with patients regarding treatment plans and follow-ups
• Dental Hygiene Assistance: * Assist dental hygienists during patient procedures * Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment * Ensure operatory areas are clean and organized * Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices

Qualifications:

• Front office experience in dentistry or healthcare
• Completion of a dental assisting training program (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
