Our dental practice is seeking a motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional care for our patients, practice, and employees. No prior dental experience is required; an MBA is preferred, but not needed. We value leadership, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development: Lead, direct, and motivate our team members. Recruit and hire individuals who align with our practice's values and culture.
Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of the dental office, from front to back-end operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care.
Patient & Employee Relations: Foster a positive environment for both patients and staff, addressing concerns and promoting satisfaction.
Position Requirements:
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of integrity and honesty.
Willingness to learn all operational aspects of a dental office.
Compensation:
Starting Salary: $70,000 per year with a performance-based bonus structure.
Enhanced Salary: $75,000 per year with a bonus structure for candidates with prior dental experience/MBA
