    The Office Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily office operations and administrative functions, ensuring adherence to standards, and fostering a workplace culture. With a diverse range of responsibilities, including inventory and facilities management, this role requires a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: JOB DUTIES • Optimize inventory management processes to efficiently meet organizational needs while maintaining and adhering to the General Corporate budget. • Ensure office environments and procedures comply with all relevant health, regulatory, & OSHA regulations and oversee adherence at all office locations. • Assist in opening/renovating office spaces by supporting facilities management, construction projects, and implementing administrative best practices. • Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and security, to ensure a safe and functional work environment. • Maintain confidentiality throughout interdepartmental projects or initiatives. • Streamline the onboarding & offboarding process through collaboration with the HR and IT team. • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, service providers, and property management teams at all office locations to ensure administrative success. • Cover at the front desk as needed and ensure Main Line has ongoing coverage at all times during hours of operations. KEY COMPETENCIES • Demonstrate detail-orientedness in order to identify discrepancies in the budget and collaborate with Accounting as needed. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement effective resolutions. • Collaborate with HR to enforce compliance with policies and safety regulations. • Strategically identify cost-saving opportunities in budget and inventory management. • Execute administrative tasks & one-off projects with precision and attention to detail. • Ensure proactive communication in order to keep all team members informed about important updates, changes in procedures, and reminders. • Advanced technical competencies in order to successfully create spreadsheets, trackers, and proposals, and maintain proper project management. • Fluency in and thorough understanding of the English & Spanish languages. Qualifications: • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. • At least 3 years of work experience in the dental industry. • Must possess a valid/active driver’s license and a functioning vehicle. Compensation: $60,000 base plus incentives
