Responsibilities:
Assist chairside during a variety of procedures, including oral surgery, implants, cosmetic treatments, reconstructions, and restorations.
Provide assistance during IV sedation cases. *IV sedation experience is a huge plus, however we will train the right candidate.
Operate CT scans, Pano, FMX, PA, and Trios Scanner for diagnostic and treatment planning.
Perform digital photography for treatment documentation.
Maintain proper sterilization protocols for all instruments and equipment.
Review pre-op and post-op instructions with patients to ensure clarity and comfort.
Utilize Dentrix/Dexis systems for scheduling, charting, and imaging.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably with implant, oral surgery and/or cosmetic experience
Knowledge of chairside responsibilities, and health and safety protocols
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to provide exceptional patient care, even in stressful situations
Strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
