Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist: Master the art of multitasking by efficiently handling multi-line phones, texts, and emails.
Scheduling: Balance productivity and staff workload while ensuring our patients receive top-notch care.
Treatment Coordination: Guide patients through treatment plans and cost presentations. Convert treatment plans into reality, manage recall lists, confirm appointments, and reduce no-show rates.
Patient-Centered Approach: Connect with patients on an emotional level from the very first interaction, understand their needs, and assist them in making informed decisions about their treatment journey. Overcome obstacles and inspire confidence in our practice's goals and vision.
Skills and Requirements:
In-depth Knowledge: Profound understanding of implant dentistry and oral surgery procedures, including dental implants, wisdom teeth removal and tooth extraction.
Dental Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the dental field as a Treatment Coordinator, Receptionist, or Dental Assistant.
Bilingual: English & Spanish
Exceptional Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Financial Acumen: Thorough knowledge of third-party financing options such as Care Credit, Proceed Finance, and Lending Club.
Tech-Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Patient-Centric: Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and putting our patients' needs first.
