Vero Dental Spa is seeking an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our well established and growing Dental Practice. Our practice offers state of the art General, Cosmetic, Reconstruction and Implant Dentistry to our patients.

We are searching for a Dental Patient Coordinator / Office Administrator to join our team. Patient Coordinator Responsibility:

Greet and welcome patients

Oversee dental hygiene schedule

Review dental treatment plans with patients

Check patients in and out

Financial collections

Social media

New lead management

Answer phones

Insurance verification and reconciliation
