    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and driven Dental Practice Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

    Key Responsibilities:

    \- Develop and implement strategies to increase practice efficiency and productivity

    \- Create and manage schedules for dentists, hygienists, and support staff

    \- Monitor and maintain office expenses and budget

    \- Oversee patient scheduling and ensure accuracy and timeliness of appointments

    \- Manage payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable

    \- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

    \- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and communication in a professional and prompt manner

    \- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

    \- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards

    \- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement

    \- Hire, train, and supervise office staff

    \- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

     

    Qualifications:

    \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

    \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental office management role

    \- Strong working knowledge of dental office operations, procedures, and best practices

    \- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

    \- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team

    \- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dental software

    \- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    \- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

    \- Knowledge of insurance billing and coding

    \- Understanding of compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
