Dental Receptionist and Business Assistant Become the face and heartbeat of our practice with your cheery voice and presence as patients call to become our patients. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, refined team member with a positive attitude and a friendly smile who will deliver a concierge level of service to our patients. This position requires a confident demeanor with the experience of 1 year in general dentistry. The ability to problem solve, multi-task, and be solution-driven throughout the day while maintaining a professional attitude. You will be a part of a high-achieving team that is looking to enhance the patient experience and take the practice to the next level. This is a full-time position with an immediate start. Responsibilities: • Ability to quickly build rapport and connect with patients and ensure a positive experience while guiding patients into our preappointed schedule. • Have a developed skillset for phone mannerisms and etiquette. A desire to serve our patients at a high level • Be the point person for tasks and projects as requested • Manage and maintain our practice schedule in conjunction with the scheduling coordinator and hygiene coordinator while being mindful of appropriate time allotments for patient care • Assist the team with duties/tasks with enthusiasm and a high level of follow-through. Trust is important in our team • Be an ambassador for and a promoter of our practices. • Openly participate in team meetings, and culture initiatives and contribute on a high level to the growth of the practice • Be humbly ambitious, creative and enjoy the challenge of serving a Doctor who has big dreams and goals Qualifications: Experience: • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) • Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) • Dental: 3 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute or relocate: • Greenville, NY 12083 (Required) Compensation: $19 - $26 hourly
