    Job Duties:

    - Perform sterilization procedures to ensure the safety and cleanliness of medical equipment and instruments.
    - Follow established protocols and guidelines for proper sterilization techniques.
    - Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and documentation.
    - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that sterilized equipment is readily available for patient care.
    - Assist in the inventory management of sterile supplies and equipment.
    - Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
    - Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance.

    Qualifications:
    - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
    - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
