Dental Technician – Digital Designer

The Client: Join our Client’s fast-paced, fully digital implant-focused practice, where they specialize in Full Arch (All-On-X) restorations and house a state-of-the-art in-house dental lab.

The Position: Our Client is looking for a skilled Exocad designer to bring expertise, artistry, and technical excellence to their team. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

• $70,000 to $120,000 Depending on Experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Exocad experience, specifically with Full Arch Hybrids
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Team player mindset with a commitment to excellence
• Passion for digital dentistry and willingness to expand your skillset

Responsibilities:

• Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM
• Design Full Arch (All-On-X) restorations using Exocad with precision and efficiency
• Create same-day digital designs for All-On-X cases in a timely manner
• Collaborate with doctors, team members, and patients to achieve the best aesthetic and functional outcomes
• Design custom dentures and titanium bars
• Contribute to milling and 3D printing processes (a plus!)
• Understand and apply occlusal relationships to optimize patient results
• Continuously learn and grow as a digital dental technician
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
