Job Summary of Dental Treatment Care Coordinator
We are seeking a Dental Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with patients to determine their medical needs, develop the best course of action, and oversee their treatment plans, ensuring each client gets high-quality, individualized care. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about healthcare practices.
Responsibilities of Dental Treatment Care Coordinator
Greet and assist Patients with warmth and professionalism
Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, and follow-ups
Clearly explain procedures, insurance coverage, and payment options
Work closely with our dental team to ensure a smooth and supportive experience
Collaborate with Dentist, Patients, Families, and Healthcare staff
Previous experience in Dental front office preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Dental insurance verification for Patients before their scheduled appointments
Maintain daily schedules
Develop individualized care plans
Educate patients on their Dental insurance options
Take co-payments
Reminder calls for Patients and their scheduled appointments
Correspond with other Dental care professionals and medical offices
Qualifications of Dental Treatment Care Coordinator
Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Care Coordinator or in a similar position is preferred
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriately
Ability to work in fast-paced situations and make sound decisions quickly
Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required
