We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about patient care and has a strong background in dental administration.

    Job Description: As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for our patients, helping them understand their treatment plans, navigate insurance, and ensure they feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth office operations and a positive patient experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources

    Present and explain treatment plans, helping patients understand their options and financial responsibility

    Assist patients in navigating insurance benefits and coordinate pre-authorizations for treatment

    Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes and financial documentation

    Follow up with patients to ensure continuity of care and resolve any questions or concerns

    Communicate effectively with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care

    Assist with treatment plan financing options, helping patients understand payment plans and insurance coverage

    Provide administrative support for the office, including managing patient files and handling correspondence

    Assist with managing patient flow, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently

    Qualifications:

    Previous experience as a dental treatment coordinator, dental assistant, or in a similar administrative role in a dental office

    Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment plans, and insurance processes

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly

    Proficiency with dental office management software and Microsoft Office

    Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

    Detail-oriented with a passion for patient care and satisfaction

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with dental insurance verification and pre-authorizations

    Certification in dental assisting or treatment coordination
