Required skill: • Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinator experience • Fluent English speaking and writing We are looking for a detail-oriented dental treatment coordinator/front desk person to join our team. The ideal candidate would need to know how to verify insurance, calculate copay, and schedule. The characters we are looking for are reliable, honest, friendly, and willing to learn. We only deal with PPO and fees for service. We are a paperless office so the applicant should be fairly familiar with computers and email. Minimum 2 years working experience as dental treatment coordinator as needed. Plenty of chance for overtime if needed. We are looking for a full-time position. Our hours are: Monday 9 am-6 pm Tuesday 10 am-7 pm Wednesday 9 am-6 pm Thursday 9 am-4 pm Friday 9 am-6 pm Saturday 8 am-2 pm (alternate closing with Thursday each week). You will be an important person in helping people understand the financial responsibility for their treatment. You are an important bridge to help patients get well! Responsibilities: • Insurance verification and benefit breakdown • Scheduling patients in person or over the phone • Check in and check out patients • Communication between the patient, insurance and the doctors with detailed notes in the chart • Excellent customer service • Team support for the practice • Verifying fees • Insurance tracking • comfortable with computer and pay attention to detail Qualifications: • PPO dental insurance verification • Understanding dental coding and billing • Understanding basic dental procedures and terminology • Reliable (with reliable transportation and punctual) • 2 year dental treatment coordinator/dental front desk required • Computer skills, able to use websites and emails • Excellent verbal and communication skills Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly
