    Dental Treatment Coordinator

    We are a well-established, high-end 100% and private fee-for-service dental practice in downtown Sarasota seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

    We are a fully staffed practice with two doctors (General Dentist & Prosthodontist) and a strong support team dedicated to providing exceptional, relationship-based patient care. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking for a long-term career in a specialized cosmetic, restorative, and implant practice.

    Job Details + Compensation Package:

    • Job Type: Full-Time
    • Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
    • Location: Sarasota, FL (In-person)
    • Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Dentrix
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professionalism and maturity
    • Positive, team-oriented attitude
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized
    • Previous experience in dental treatment plan presentations required

    Responsibilities:

    • Present and review treatment plans with patients in detail
    • Oversee and coordinate patient cases to ensure seamless care
    • Manage implant inventory and scheduling for treatments
    • Act as a liaison between the practice and referring specialists
    • Coordinate appointments and track treatment progress
    • Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment details
    • Collect payments and assist with administrative tasks
    • Stay updated on new dental technologies and industry trends through continuing education

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a dental setting (required)
    • 1+ years of experience in dental assisting and clinical procedures
    • Experience presenting treatment plans (preferred)
    • Familiarity with dental implants, oral surgery, periodontics, or prosthodontics
    • Reliable transportation for local travel
    • Physical ability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, sitting, and lifting when needed
