What you’ll do:

Greet patients and assist with check-in/check-out

Schedule and manage appointments

Handle patient inquiries and ensure a positive experience

Assist with insurance verification and treatment plan coordination

Maintain patient records accurately and efficiently

Customer conflict resolution
