    Position Overview: The Treatment Plan Coordinator is a sales-focused role that helps educate patients about the treatments recommended by the dentist. You'll explain the benefits of the treatments, guide patients through the available financial options, and work to help them move forward with their care. You'll be responsible for closing patients on dental treatments.

    About Us: We are a fee-for-service, private dental practice servicing the community over 50 years. We are committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients. We do not accept dental insurance, allowing us to focus on personalized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's needs.

    Key Requirements:

    Willingness to continuously learn new things

    Friendly and vibrant personality.

    Sales experience.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to educate and motivate patients.

    Organized, with attention to detail.

    Caring attitude and desire to help patients.

    Ability to discuss financial options confidently.

    Bilingual in Spanish and English

    Experience in the Beauty industry is a PLUS, but not a must.

    Compensation:

    Competitive base salary with unlimited commission and bonuses.
