    Position Overview
    Join our team at a state-operated hospital in Indiana as a Dentist, where you will deliver comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population. This role involves conducting assessments, diagnosing and treating oral conditions, performing advanced procedures, and leading infection control and staff training initiatives.     Qualifications

    • Education: DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
    • Licensure: Active Indiana dental license and DEA registration.
    • Experience: 2+ years in clinical dentistry; hospital/public health experience preferred.
    • Technical Skills: Expertise in restorative, surgical, and prosthetic procedures; proficiency with dental imaging and equipment maintenance.
    • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform initial/annual dental assessments and diagnose oral diseases.
    • Conduct restorative, surgical, and preventive dental procedures.
    • Fabricate/repair dentures, crowns, and bridgework.
    • Educate patients/staff on dental hygiene and infection control protocols.
    • Maintain and service dental equipment, including X-ray systems.
    • Supervise, train, and evaluate dental support staff.
    • Collaborate with healthcare teams on interdisciplinary care plans.
