Associate Dentist Opportunity Join a thriving and expanding West Valley private practice with a reputation for excellence, strong team culture, and steady growth. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team part-time, with the potential to grow your patient base significantly with every exam you perform. Practice Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Responsibilities: We’re looking for an exceptional candidate who: • Is empathetic with an excellent bedside manner and a strong sense of ethics and integrity in diagnosis. • Is a team player , coachable, motivated, and has a positive attitude. • Is trainable and open to mentoring to support and close larger cases through our sister full-arch implant business. Associates will earn production incentives for same-day impressions and diagnosing high-value cases. • Is committed to personal, professional, and financial (PPF) growth, setting 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals alongside our dedicated team. Qualifications: • Has 3+ years of experience in general dentistry. • Is proficient in root canals, extractions, dentures, partials, and surgical extractions. • Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required. Compensation: Guaranteed daily for first 90 days, doe. Negotiable percentage of adjusted production after 90 days. Compensation: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
