About the Position:

• Experience: Open to candidates at any experience level, though preference is for a full-time General Dentist with 2+ years of experience.
• Patient Base: A good mix of payors, though the offices are Medicaid-focused, so a significant portion of patients are Medicaid.
• Support Staff: Each office typically has 2-3 hygienists and a dedicated dental assistant (sometimes more) for each doctor.
• Team Structure: Offices are led by a Dental Director and usually have 1-2 other doctors, with some locations having up to 3-4 dentists.
• Office Hours:
  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

About the Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Structure:
  • Guaranteed hourly rate for the first 90 days.
  • During this period, dentists are paid either their hourly rate or 30% of expected collections, whichever is higher.
  • After 90 days, compensation transitions to a collections-based plan with no hourly guarantee.
  • Guaranteed hourly rate varies depending on experience.
