    Job Description

    Here at DenstuMB, we're currently hiring for a Social Strategist.  This person will be confident in building social strategies, playbooks and plans that tap into social culture, understand peoples’ behaviors in that space and build ideas that drive brand growth. He/she/they must be a pattern seeker as well as a dot connector – architecting consumer-led and culturally driven opportunities. This person should be excited to guide clients around how to leverage social (as a space, channel and behavior) within their overall marketing plan and inspire creatives to develop big, culture-driving ideas. He/she/they will be a thought leader and comfortable with presenting to clients a strong strategic rational or point-of-view on tech platforms, the social space and/or how the brand should engage.

    • Uncover and articulate consumer insights that inspire big, impactful social experiences
    • Effectively write comprehensive social briefs for big ideas or specific campaign efforts to guide social content and experiences
    • Guide creative teams in getting to the best possible work by sharing unique, distinct, best-in-class social content and experiences
    • Author and be the keeper of the social strategy and owner of driving innovative, inspiring & award-winning work that meet our client’s business goals.
    • Be expected to be tapped into the pulse of tech, social and crypto culture and quickly able to identify opportunities for our clients to engage.
    • Advocate for the right set of actions on social platforms to implement a strategy and help create the necessary consensus within both the internal client team and the client's organization to achieve results.
    • Serve as a leader within the Social Marketing group withing the agency and a “go to” for content insights, ideas, and ways to work across the client organization.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years digital strategy or planning experience
    • Ability to shape and share a POV on the social space, with external and internal audiences
    • Has extensive knowledge of culture, tech and creative ideas in-the-headlines and ability to articulate a point-of-view about them.
    • Can cultivate and share opinions on the changing world of social, demonstrated through an understanding of the specific space (crypto) and how it plays out in social
    • Influential communications and presentation skills, both internally and externally
    • Cross team superstar collaborator with a high level of maturity
    • Can execute and bring to life a strategic recommendation including proactively bringing new thinking that pushes the work to teams and works closely with platforms and 3rd party partners to identify them
    • Authors social or digital briefs that inspire impactful creative in the world
    • Delivers on-going thought-leadership to clients and internal teams, particularly with a strong POV on consumer or cultural insight.
    • A keen sense for problem solving and complex solutions and can simplify them into understandable and actionable strategies.
